What is shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS. Allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed. Please make sure shipping address is correct as all orders will be shipped to the address shown. Halal Artisan's is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping.

Halal Artisan's does not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can exchange or receive a credit (valid for 3months). 

We can only accept exchanges or returns for credit within 10 days of receiving your order. Packages must be postmarked with the date no later than those 10 days.

What is exchanges or returns policy ?

Exchanges or returns for credit can be initiated by emailing us atHalalArtisans@gmail.com.Let us know the reason for the return and we will help you.

The following terms and conditions must apply to qualify for an exchange or credit:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged or altered, in original condition and packaging
  • The item should be returned within 10 days from the day your received
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs
